We Serve No Cost Healthy Meals

HTLC participates in the Child Care and Adult Food Program (CCFP), which reimburses family/home daycare providers for meal served to children in family childcare. The program ensures that your child will receive two thirds of his/her daily nutrition requirements while present at the daycare. The CCFP enables us to serve intuitionally balanced, high quality food at no cost to parents.

HTLC provides breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack for all self-feeding children. Menus are posted on the Parent Notice Door. All meals are served family style in accordance to the CACFP guidelines. If for any reason your child may not have certain food due to medical, religious, or personal preferences, please notify us. For medical diet preferences, please provide a note from your child’s physician‘s office stating the medical reason(s) along with the substitute. Parents are encouraged to bring supplemental food for their child if they have a severe or multiple food allergies.

Breakfast, lunch and a mid-afternoon snack will be served at the following times:

Breakfast 7:30 a.m.
Lunch 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon Snack 4:00 p.m.
