Happy Times Learning Center DE Star level 5 (HTLC) is a small, home-based school with all the bells and whistles of the larger centers. We are small enough to offer our children a personal touch. Here, children are not a number or a quota. We at HTLC are just like a big family.
HTLC is a Montessori inspired learning program. We believe that to achieve well rounded development, we should provide the children a home-like environment that helps in bringing out a child’s potential by giving him or her hands-on.
