Happy Times Learning Center is academically rigorous, yet nurturing Montessori home school. My son has been attending almost a year now. It took a while to have him feel and be “settled in “to school, but Ms. Mallick was nothing but absolutely wonderful and supportive throughout the process. She is able to provide students with a genuinely individualize education based on each child’s need through engaging, creative lesson based on Montessori philosophy. She thought of creative ways to bring learning experiences into children’s playtime and the curriculum was strengthened by her cutting edge methods and teaching techniques. Children at Happy Times are happy and love coming to school. There is a true family atmosphere and Ms. Mallick seems genuinely love the school and families.

It is very important to know that kids will be well treated, educated and taken care of especially when they are very young. I would like to thank to Ms. Mallick for taking care of kids nicely. I would highly recommend Happy Times Learning Center to any parent looking for top quality childcare.

I am writing this letter to provide my assessment of Ms. Mobina Mallick’s qualification, abilities and qualities as an excellent early childhood educator. I have known her for over a year and I had the opportunity to observe her as an early care educator for my two daughters and a few other children of our family and friends. She joined Tarbiyah Islamic School of Delaware briefly during 2010-2011 session and was one of the first two teachers we hired. She was always very professional, punctual, and dedicated. She loved interacting with the children and the children loved her even more for her lively personality and involving teaching methodology. She can interact with children at their individual level and help them learn and enjoy learning.

Her educational background is nothing less than outstanding and almost two decades of teaching record makes her profile one of the most impressive that you will ever see. She has a master degree in child development and nursery school education. She has also worked as a professor at the University of the Punjab which is one of the premier and internationally renowned institution. Her experience with Johnson and Johnson care development center and Bank of America child development center in different capacities since 1996 has helped her grow professionally and personally. This experience has provided her the opportunity to put her knowledge, training and understanding of child development theories into action. She is a mature, experienced and hard working person.

I also had the opportunity to review her portfolio and it is one of the most remarkable portfolios. Her lesson planning and teaching abilities are professional, exceeding expectations. I am sure she will do an excellent job whenever she has the opportunity to interact with children. I am sure my children will always remember the things she taught them and will cherish the memories of her teaching. Take it from me, you won’t find a more dedicated, hard working and professional early childhood educator.

“Mrs.Mallick provides a creative learning environment for my four year old. My son really enjoys her Montessori style setting, especially the multitude of activities tailored for the preschool- pre-k child. We are thrilled that he is in a home-based center but getting all of the advantages of a traditional pre-school program. Mrs Mallick has a wonderfully arranged large area that she uses exclusively for the children in her program. This school setting is perfect for early learners. My son comes home full of stories about the “cool” things that he has learned. Recently, they completed an author study on Robert Munsch and for days it has been the topic of conversation. As an educator, I know how the spark of excitement can trigger endless learning and I am so excited that he is having these experieces at Happy Times.”

From the moment, we stepped into the door at Happy Times we knew Colton would thrive here. The classroom environment is exactly what he needs in order to be ready for kindergarten next fall. My son is constantly learning with all the different stations that are set up around the classroom. His favorite is the science center. Colton and Ms. Mallick have a great relationship and she truly cares for him as if he were her own child. We look forward to another exciting school year at Happy Times!!

“Our daughter started her schooling at Happy Times Learning Center at age 2 years. She was always excited going to School and would look forward for it. Her dinner time conversation was around the school, about that they learned and played in the school. She would talk about the topics that she learned from her teacher and games that she played with her class mates.

We visited the school couple of times and were very impressed by the way it was step up. The teacher was very helpful and organized. The way the class room was set up we felt that it would help our daughter learn daily chores, good manners, conversational skills and reading enthusiasm. Over the period of two years we have seen that she has developed an excellent motor skills, eagerness to read and good sense of humor.

We are impressed with the Montessori style of education the school caters. The teacher was well aware of the Montessori principals. The teaching was more based on activities and our daughter learned at her own pace.
