Parent often need a little break to run errands or go to attend events, and do not want to drag their children with them. No worries, they finally have a nurturing, fun and safe environment to drop their children off with a peace of mind. Children will learn every weekend through play and explore the world around them with different exciting themes.

This will all be accomplished by arts and crafts, story time, music, social interaction and games.

Some of the exciting weekend activities and projects that Happy Times offers are:

Story Time Magic: Mrs. Mallick will read children’s favorite age appropriate stories by using flannel board and hand puppets. Children will be encouraged to act out the story characters and make their puppets after listening to the story.

Free Play: After story time, children will get a chance to play board games or watch a movie with new friends.

Playtime Fun:
Join us for our new interactive playtime fun class. Mrs. Mallick will hold this class, where children will participate in creative games, playground time, yoga, and gym activities.

Junior Musical and Musical Crafts: Children will enjoy dancing, singing songs, playing various instruments music from around the world and creating works of art. A variety of art mediums would be offered to design their own musical instruments.

Young Artists: Mrs. Mallick believes that allowing children to explore and develop their creativity through arts and crafts foster life-long learning, improves confidence and strengthens academic, social emotional, language skills. Children will enjoy exploring a variety of art medium using pastels, watercolors, drawing, painting clay, sculptures, paper Mache and more. They will amaze themselves as they discover their own creative talents.

Popping Party:
Children will enjoy activities, crafts and games that pop included popcorn, rice Krispies, bubble wrap and more.

Edible Art: Children will have their art and eat it too! They will be sculpting, making mosaics, and painting .The best part? After we take a picture, our masterpieces become our snacks.
