Ensuring the safety and security of all the children at Happy Times is our top priority, and we have taken strict measures to ensure that our infrastructure reflects this philosophy. All HTLC household adults and subs have cleared FBI, state, and local background checks and meet specific training and home safety requirements. We release children, ONLY to those individuals whose names are on the enrollment record. Parents are required to write and sign the drop-off and pick-up times of their children.
We use one of the most popular security management “RING Video Doorbell”. We can see an HD Video stream of the person at the door and speak to them using two-way audio communication. Ring Doorbell alerts us when someone presses the button on the doorbell or when motion is detected from outside. Our security starts at the door. When parents ring the doorbell, we are able to monitor, identify and answer them via our cell phone to gain their entry into the building. This enables us to monitor who drops off and picks up each child and records each child’s entry and exit daily.
