Happy Times pride in being a safe,healthy and positive place for children of all ages. Happy Times follows all CDC guidelines for Covid-19 and children are encouraged to wear masks inside. HTLC goals are to provide a safe, fun, and positive environment for the youth. We offer before and after-school programs to assist kindergarten to eighth-grade children in developing self-esteem values social and practical life skills. We focus on areas in character and leadership, education and career development, health and nutrition, the arts, sports, and fitness and recreation.

We have a very cute setup and a huge area exclusively designated for school-age children. Homework assistance and computer time is available to do school projects and IXL. We offer free-of-cost nutritious morning breakfasts and afternoon snacks to school-age children.

Parents can drop off their both little ones at our preschool and big ones at HTLC for Appoquinmink school district and MOT Charter school morning care. School buses may pick up children from our location. We also offer our services full days and half days for school closings. P.O.C plus is accepted

Happy Times offer before and after school care to Appoquinmink school district and MOT Charter school (located in Middle Town DE). Since Happy Times is located on Brennen Blvd., Olive.B. Loss. Cedar lane elementary school, Alferd. G Water Middle school and MOT Charter school buses can pick up and drop off children from our facility.
